    I saw this event via Maine Writers and would have enjoyed participating. Unfortunately I have just left Maine to return to residence in Greece. The topic is of great interest to me. I published a book a few years ago in which I attempted to align poetry with contemporary science: a tradition begun by Lucretius. The main poem in the book is a rewrite of the story of Genesis in accordance with contemporary science.
    De Rerum Natura: On Nature and Poetry. I wish I could join you and share perspectives.
